Best Practices for Uploading Documents
To help our team process your information quickly and accurately, please follow these tips:
Use a Scanning App: Please do not take standard photos with your phone camera. Use a free app like Adobe Scan to automatically crop and enhance the image.
Prefer PDF: Save and upload documents as .pdf files whenever possible.
Ensure Legibility: Scan on a flat, well-lit surface to avoid shadows or glare.
Original Digital Files: If you have an original PDF (e.g., from a brokerage or employer), upload that file directly. Do not print and scan it.
