DGN Hosts Free QuickBooks Training
Next Sessions Slated for 1/6
Dennis, Gartland & Niergarth will host its annual QuickBooks training series beginning November 4 in Traverse City. The series features half-day seminars, each focusing on a specific aspect of QuickBooks usage. All sessions run 8:30 am - Noon and will be held in the Dennis, Gartland & Niergarth training room, located at 415 Munson Avenue in Traverse City. An added session of QuickBooks Basics Revisited will be held 1-4:30 pm on November 18.
All classes are led by DGN’s BizTek Department’s team of Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors. There is no charge to attend.
Five sessions are planned, including:
- Using QuickBooks Security to Protect Against Fraud
- November 4, 2009 - 8:30am-noon
- QuickBooks Basics Revisited
- November 18, 2009 - 8:30am-noon
- November 18, 2009 - 1-4:30pm
- QuickBooks for Nonprofits
- December 2, 2009 - 8:30-noon
- Payroll Tax Return Processing
- January 6, 2010 - 8:30am-noon
- January 6, 2010 - 1-4:30pm
Participation is appropriate for current QuickBooks users as well as those planning to implement the program at their workplaces. Class size is limited to allow ample time for participation and presentations tailored to students’ needs. Participants are encouraged to submit specific topics or questions in advance.
DGN’s QuickBooks training series is offered annually. In addition, private, small group and individual customized instruction is available from DGN’s QuickBooks Pro-Advisors year-round.
