Michael D. Shaw, CPA has been a tax partner at Dennis, Gartland & Niergarth since 1997. He has extensive experience in oil and gas, tax planning and estate planning, and leads the firm’s seven member oil & gas industry niche team. Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Oil & Gas Association and the Council of Petroleum Accountants Society of Michigan.   He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Walsh College and designation as a General Securities Registered Representative and a Michigan Registered Investment Advisor Representative.
