Shelly K. Bedford, CPA, MST joined Dennis, Gartland & Niergarth in 1996 and became a partner in 2006. A state tax specialist, she has an extensive background working with closely held and family operated businesses. Shelly performs advisory, tax, financial statements and succession planning services and oversees the tax department at DGN. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Michigan Association of CPAs. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Central Michigan University and a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Denver.
