Heidi M. Wendel, CPA, CFE, joined Dennis, Gartland & Niergarth in 1994 and became a partner in 2007. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Michigan Association of CPAs, Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), Michigan School Business Officials and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Michigan State University. Heidi oversees the audit department at Dennis, Gartland & Niergarth and has extensive experience working with schools, nonprofit organizations, and local government agencies. She is designated as a Certified Fraud Examiner.
